This set includes eight silicone mats designed to fit inside standard drying racks. Each mat features a raised edge, which is specifically helpful when working with liquid ingredients like fruit purees or yogurt. The flexible material makes it easy to peel away finished fruit leathers without the food sticking or tearing.

The mats are reusable and serve as a sustainable alternative to disposable parchment paper. They are sized at 11 by 11 inches, making them compatible with many square-format drying machines. Because they are made of food-grade silicone, they can withstand repeated heating cycles without losing their shape or non-stick properties.

In addition to the lipped trays, this package includes mesh mats for drying smaller items like herbs or seeds. These accessories expand the versatility of a standard dehydrator by preventing small pieces from falling through the metal grates. They are simple to wash by hand or in a dishwasher after use.
